Residential Waste Management Services

We issue and service 96 gallon trash cans on a weekly basis to rural communities of the Concho Valley. Outside the city limits? No problem! At Rural Waste Management, we bring the convenience to your doorstep.

We are locally owned and operated and are invested in the communities that we serve. At RWM we don't charge hidden fees, the price is the price. We believe in honesty, consistency and communication.

Holiday Schedule

Please bring your trash cart out by 7:00am on your service day or the night before.


If your scheduled trash pick-up falls on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, trash collection will be moved a day. (i.e. Thursday Holiday customers move to Friday, Friday customers move to Saturday.)

What areas does RWM service?

Wall, Mereta, Vancourt, Christoval, Miles, Rowena, Ballinger, Grape Creek, Buffalo Heights, Quail Valley, Dove Creek, Knickerbocker, Carlsbad, Water Valley, Mertzon

(must be outside the San Angelo city limits)

What size trash carts do you have/service?

Currently we only offer the 96 gallon trash carts.

Do you service metal dumpsters?

Not at this time. However, with our extremely competitive pricing, adding 2 or 3 of our carts instead of a metal dumpster could save you money!

How do I make a payment or setup auto draft?

  1. Click "Pay Bill" - located on the upper right corner of our website.
  2. Type in "Customer ID" which is the 12 digit number found on your email.
  3. You will be redirected to the Trash Billing Page where you will again type in your 12 digit Web ID and create a password.
  4. You can choose how you would like to pay. Either bank draft or debit card or credit card. On the lower left hand portion of this form is where you can select auto draft.

When will I be billed?

Electronic bills will be mailed out at the first part of every month. We do not mail paper bills. Please ensure that the email address you provided us with is active.

How do I sign up for service?

  1. Optional: Select "Free Quote" if you would like a quote.
  2. Select "Sign Up" and enter in the required information. Please keep in mind when selecting a "Start Date" that we require at least 48 hours to get your cart(s) to you.
  3. Once we have received your information and provided your cart(s) to your property, we will email you with your collection date (Mon, Tues, Wed, or Thurs) as well as your Web ID. You will need your Customer ID to make payments or set up auto draft if you would like.

What if I move?

No problem! Just fill out the moving locations form and we'll get everything updated in our system.

We saw an opportunity to add value to the waste management service in this area and are excited to continue to serve the community that we live and work in.

My wife and I are both ASU graduates and small business owners. We both have backgrounds in public service. My wife was a school teacher for 5 years and I was a State Trooper for 6 years. We are eager to provide honest, dependable and affordable waste management services to this community!
