What areas does RWM service?

What size trash carts do you have/service?

We offer 96 gallon trash carts as well as 1.5 yard, 3 yard, and 4 yard metal dumpsters.

Do you service metal dumpsters?

Yes, we have 1.5 yard, 3 yard, and 4 yard dumpsters available. Sign up here if you are interested.

How do I make a payment or setup auto draft?

  1. Click "Pay Bill" - located on the upper right corner of our website.
  2. Type in "Customer ID" which is the 12 digit number found on your email.
  3. You will be redirected to the Trash Billing Page where you will again type in your 12 digit Web ID and create a password.
  4. You can choose how you would like to pay. Either bank draft or debit card or credit card. On the lower left hand portion of this form is where you can select auto draft.

When will I be billed?

Electronic bills will be emailed out on the first of every month. We do not mail paper bills. Please ensure that the email address you provided us with is active.

How do I sign up for service?

  1. Select "Sign Up" and enter in the required information. Please keep in mind when selecting a "Start Date" that we require at least 48 hours to get your receptacle(s) to you.
  2. Once we have received your information and provided your receptacle(s) to your property, we will email you with your collection date as well as your Web ID. You will need your Customer ID to make payments or set up auto draft if you would like.
